About the Park
Sundowner RV Park opened in March of 2021 and is located just south of Princeton, TX on the peninsula of Lake Lavon. We developed our property to allow generous space for each site, serving both long term tenants and weekend RVers.
Your "home" should feel comfortable, safe, and secure. Each lot on our property is 35 feet wide and between 75 and 90 feet long. We have a beautiful 4 acre heavily wooded park area. The park area has walking trails, fire pits, grill stations and outdoor seating areas.
Our entrance is protected by a security gate and cameras. Each guest has a separate gate code so we can monitor and limit access onto the property. We have an on-site manager to welcome you and make sure you feel at home.
We are in the Princeton Independent School District.
